The regularity of the event makes it possible to monitor trends in the development of various branches of atmospheric physics, meteorology and climatology, evaluate new research directions, recent achievements and identify the main reasons hindering the development of research in the field of atmospheric radiation and dynamics.

Оргкомитет МСАРД планирует издание двух сборников:
1. Труды конференции в электронном формате с индексированием РИНЦ и присвоением ISBN (выпуск в 4 квартале 2025 года).
2. Тематический выпуск журнала «Оптика атмосферы и океана» с индексацией РИНЦ (русское издание в 1 квартале 2026 года) и WOS/Scopus (переводное издание в 3-4 квартале 2026 года).
