The symposium has been held every 2 years since 1994. The theme of the event includes many modern areas of fundamental and applied science in the field of atmospheric radiation, dynamics and composition of the atmosphere. The regularity of the event makes it possible to monitor trends in the development of various branches of atmospheric physics, meteorology and climatology, evaluate new research directions, recent achievements and identify the main reasons hindering the development of research in the field of atmospheric radiation and dynamics.
The All-Russian Conference with International Participation "Physics of Stars in the Era of Multiwave Observations" will be held on September 22-26, 2025 at St. Petersburg State University. The conference continues the conferences on the physics of stellar atmospheres, which were regularly held in the Soviet Union since 1976, and then in Russia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan
The forum is the most representative event in Russia dedicated to the socio-political and economic processes of Latin America and Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking countries, their history and culture. Holding it in St. Petersburg with the participation of well-known politicians, scientists, journalists from Ibero-American countries and Russia attracts media attention, confirming the status of St. Petersburg University as one of the leading centers of Ibero-American studies in Russia.
The theme of this year’s traditional annual conference is determined by the incorporation of provisions on early support for children and their families into the Federal Law of the Russian Federation, as well as by the commemoration of twenty-five years of scientific, educational, and applied activity in the field of mental health and early childhood development, conducted by the Department of Psychology at St. Petersburg State University.
The conference will be devoted to the discussion of current issues related to the mental health and development of infants and young children, with regard to the individual characteristics of the child, within the context of interactions and relationships with parents, the family system, society, and culture. A wide range of scientific, educational, and applied questions pertaining to interdisciplinary early intervention for children and their families will be addressed, including its theoretical, methodological, regulatory, organizational, personnel-related, ethical, and clinical aspects.
Additionally, the conference will present and discuss scientific achievements across various branches of psychology and clinical psychology, contributing to the understanding of the patterns of human development and psychological functioning within the family in a changing world, and aimed at enhancing the well-being of present and future generations.
