With the widespread application of generative artificial intelligence in academic research, while improving research efficiency, it has also triggered a series of new types of academic misconduct, such as AI-assisted plagiarism, AI ghostwriting and data falsification, and ambiguity of author identity. Based on a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in colleges and universities, it is found that there is an obvious deviation in the current teachers' and students' cognition of AI ethics, and the existing academic norm system has not effectively responded to such emerging risks. Therefore, this paper proposes to construct a systematic prevention mechanism of "Detection-Declaration-Education-Supervision" four-in-one, aiming to strengthen the construction of academic integrity and guide researchers to use generative AI tools reasonably and standardizedly.
